Is the free plan free for good?
Yes. 5 monitors, 5 heartbeats and a status page, with no card and no trial clock.
Do you charge per seat?
No. Each plan includes its members; you never pay more because a colleague needs to see an incident.
What is the difference between a monitor and a heartbeat?
A monitor is a check we run against your site, API or port. A heartbeat is the other way round: your job pings a URL when it runs, and we tell you when it is late, fails or stops.
What happens when I reach a limit?
You can't add another monitor, heartbeat or status page past the plan's limit; nothing you already have stops working.
Is Unlimited really unlimited?
Status pages, members and alert channels are. Monitors and heartbeats have a fair-use ceiling of 1,000 each.
Can I pay for Pro or Unlimited today?
Not yet. Everyone starts on Free while paid plans are being opened. When they are, a year will cost ten months: two months free on Pro and Unlimited.
